Rumors and leaks regarding the Samsung Galaxy S8 have been growing and we wanted to share with you the latest information floating around. According to TechRadar, rumors has it that the device will launch on March 29th and released in stores on April 21st at the estimated price of $850.

Some leaks suggest that the device will come with a bigger screen with two sizes, 5.8 inch display and 6.2 inch display. Both versions will have a curved screen along with a Quad HD resolution. There is a possibility that Samsung will get rid of the home button and increase screen length. It is expected that with these features the device will have 18.5:9 aspect ratio. Some rumors even suggest that it will come with a 4K screen resolution but that’s unlikely.

In terms of design, it is believed that the device will have a back fingerprint sensor. We believe that Samsung will incorporate the iris scanner that came with the Note 7 since it was a feature that sparked great interest. The overall design of the device is said to be somewhat similar to the S7 but with water and dust resistant body cover.

If you are a camera person then you would be excited to know that the trending rumors suggest that the device will get a 12MP rear camera. It may be a dual lense camera, at least, that’s what we are hoping for. In addition, it might include an 8MP front camera. Moreover, the battery life is said to be at 3,000mAh for the 5.8 inch device while the 6.2 inch device will power a 3,500mAh battery. Both will be able to fast charge via QuickCharge 4.0.

Finally, let’s get to the power under the hood. The international version will come with a 3GHz Exynos 8895 processor while the US will have a 3.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon chip. RAM is estimated to be between 4GB & 8GB. These specs are enough to activate the Beast Mode feature expected to be in the Samsung Galaxy S8.
